Common questions

How do I measure my awning?+
Measure the width between the centers of the two roller arms (the brackets mounted to your wall or roof), then round up to the nearest foot — that's your awning size. The printed fabric will be about 9 inches narrower to leave room for the hardware on each end.
What if I don't have artwork ready?+
No problem — add a note in step 3 and our in-house design team will build it for you from your logo, photos, or a rough idea. Design help is included free with every order, and you'll approve a digital proof before anything prints.
What resolution does my image need to be?+
Aim for 100–150 dpi at the full printed size — a 50in × 50in graphic wants roughly 5000 × 5000 pixels. Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF) are best of all since they scale without losing clarity. Our builder checks your file the moment you upload it and warns you if it's too small; see the full artwork guidelines page for file types, transparent logos, and color expectations.
When can I cancel or change my order?+
You can cancel or make changes anytime before you approve the digital proof — just reply to your proof email or contact us. Once you approve the proof, your awning goes straight to print and can no longer be changed.
How long does shipping take?+
Most orders ship in 10–14 business days after you approve your proof, with delivery in another 3–5 business days depending on your location. We'll email tracking automatically as soon as it leaves our facility.
