Frequently asked questions
Will a custom awning fit my living-quarters horse trailer?+
Yes. We print replacement fabric to your exact roller-tube length, so it fits the awning already on your Bloomer, Featherlite, 4-Star, Sundowner, Cimarron or Lakota trailer. Measure end cap to end cap on the roller — most LQ horse trailers run 14–21 ft — and the arms, roller and motor all stay in place.
Can you print my ranch brand or barn logo?+
Yes. Send a vector file (.ai, .eps, .pdf) or a high-resolution photo of your brand and our designers will redraw it to vector at no charge. Livestock brands, barn marks, breed association logos and sponsor blocks all print cleanly.
How much does a custom horse trailer awning cost?+
Most equestrian orders land between $1,100 and $1,800 depending on length, coverage and whether you want full-bleed artwork or lettering on a solid color. You'll see exact pricing in the builder before you commit — and the free digital proof comes before any print.
Will the print handle sun, dust and washing?+
It's 15 oz marine-grade vinyl with UV-cured ink — the same build used on boat covers. It shrugs off arena dust, trailer wash bays and full-sun show weekends, with a 3-year print warranty and 7+ year typical canvas life.
Can I add sponsor logos for rodeo or racing season?+
Absolutely. We regularly lay out a main barn mark with a sponsor row along the valance. Send the sponsor files with your order and we'll size them evenly in the proof.
Do you print matching awnings for multiple trailers?+
Yes — volume pricing starts at 3 units and we keep your approved artwork on file, so a second or third trailer matches the first exactly whenever you add to the fleet.
How fast can I get my custom awning?+
You'll get a free digital proof within 1 business day of placing your order. Once you approve the proof, your awning prints, cures and ships in 10–14 business days. Need it sooner for an event? Ask about our rush program at checkout — we can usually compress to 5–7 business days for an extra fee.
How do I know what size awning to order?+
Measure the length of your existing awning roller tube (end cap to end cap) — that's your awning size. Most RV awnings are 8–21 ft. If you're unsure, snap a photo of your roller and arms and send it through our contact form; a fleet specialist will confirm the size and fabric width (typically 8 ft drop) before we proof anything.
Will it fit my existing awning hardware?+
Yes — our replacement fabric is cut to your exact spec and slides into standard RV awning channels (Dometic, Carefree, Solera, Lippert, A&E). The arms, roller and motor stay in place. No new hardware required.
Can I install it myself or do I need a shop?+
Most owners install it themselves in 30–45 minutes with one helper — we include step-by-step instructions and a short video. If you'd rather have it done, any RV service center can swap the fabric in under an hour. We'll send installer-friendly tags so the shop knows exactly which side is up.
What if I don't have artwork ready?+
No problem — upload a logo, sketch, or even a photo of an old awning and our in-house designers will clean it up and lay it out for you free of charge as part of your digital proof. We won't print anything until you sign off.
Do you offer fleet or bulk pricing?+
Yes. Orders of 3+ matching awnings get tiered fleet pricing and a single approved master proof so every rig in your fleet looks identical. Departments and PO orders welcome — reach out through our contact form.
