Custom printed RV awning pricing

The fabric order includes custom printing of your approved artwork and valance lettering for your existing RV or trailer awning, a free digital proof, and shipping included in the order cost. Our standard builder lists nominal sizes from 7 through 26 feet. Confirm your hardware and arm-center measurement before approving the specification.

This is a replacement-fabric purchase, not a complete awning system. Arms, roller, motor, mounting hardware, removal of the old fabric, installation and repairs are not included. If your roller is bent or an arm is damaged, have that assessed separately before ordering new fabric. Replacing the canopy does not fix a mechanical fault.

Your order and proof should identify the size, quantity and print layout. Keep the approved version for reference when the fabric arrives. If something appears damaged or different from the approved order, contact the team with photos and order details before installation.

Upload your print-ready file, or add the optional $100 design service for help building your layout. One awning with that service totals $1,395 in sizes 7–18 ft or $1,695 in sizes 19–26 ft. Digital proofing remains free.

Choose a straight bottom edge on the front valance at no extra cost, or add a classic scalloped edge for $100 per order. Our design team sets the scallop pattern to fit your awning, and you approve the exact look on your free digital proof before anything prints.

Upfront deposits are temporarily paused. Request a proof without paying today. Pay the full order price after approving the proof and before printing.

Check the builder for the order total before submitting. For multiple rigs or a fleet request, contact the team rather than assuming a discount.

Print-ready artwork lets the team work from your supplied files and placement instructions. If you need help building the layout, select the optional design service and explain what you want created. The fee is per order, not an additional charge for simply receiving your digital proof.

Supply the best original logo files you have, plus reference photos that explain placement. Identify required wording, important logo details and any specific font request. Printing uses CMYK, not screen RGB, and we do not promise an exact Pantone or vehicle-wrap color match. Clear artwork notes help the team prepare a proof you can meaningfully review.

Orders of three or more matching awnings qualify for a custom fleet quote. We do not publish a percentage discount or fixed fleet tier yet. Send the quantity, nominal sizes, existing hardware details, artwork and intended delivery destinations so the team can confirm a written scope. Do not assume the single-awning builder total is a negotiated fleet price.

Every fleet order uses one approved master proof so the awnings print identically, and the artwork is kept on file for future reorders. If different vehicle sizes or designs are involved, describe those differences before requesting the quote; the matching-awning offer should not be assumed to cover unrelated layouts.

Businesses and municipal, county, state and federal agencies may use purchase orders. We provide a W-9 on request. PO orders are invoiced after proof approval; payment terms are confirmed in your quote. Accepting a PO does not automatically promise net-30, payment after delivery, or a waiver of normal payment-before-printing requirements.

A plain replacement canopy and a custom-printed canopy solve different needs. Plain fabric may be suitable when you only want to replace a worn canopy without artwork. Our product adds your logo, business message, team graphics or personal design to replacement fabric sized for reviewed existing hardware.

We do not sell plain fabric or publish competitor prices here. Compare actual quotes rather than assuming all fabric has the same construction, attachment specification, printing process or shipping. Check whether each price includes design work and proofing, and keep installation costs separate. A complete powered awning quote includes equipment that this fabric-only order does not.
