Custom Printed RV Awnings

Fleet and government printed awnings

Three or more matching custom-printed replacement awnings get a custom fleet quote. We accept purchase orders from businesses and from municipal, county, state and federal agencies, provide a W-9 on request, and run every fleet order from one approved master proof. Payment terms are confirmed in your quote, and timing starts once your proof is approved.

What qualifies for a fleet quote

If you need three or more matching awnings, we’ll write a custom quote for your order. There’s no set discount percentage and no automatic price change in the single-awning builder — so just tell us how many awnings you need and what should match: the artwork, the lettering, the fabric and the sizes.

If some of your units need different sizes or graphics, tell us up front so we can price the order correctly. Matching awnings and a mixed group aren’t the same job, so your written quote is where we confirm exactly what’s included, the total and any differences between units.

Prepare one clear purchasing request

Send us your organization name, the purchasing contact, how many awnings you need and the identifier for each vehicle or trailer. Include your arm-center measurements (center of one awning arm to the center of the other) and your hardware model, plus photos wherever the fit is unsure. A simple list like this helps us match the right fabric to the right equipment.

Please send your original logo file and the exact wording you want printed. If a particular brand color or font is required, tell us — CMYK color values are the most helpful, and we print in CMYK only. A digital color reference gets you close, but it can’t guarantee an exact match to vehicle paint, an existing wrap or an older canopy.

Business and government purchase orders

We happily accept purchase orders from businesses and from municipal, county, state and federal agencies. Need a W-9? Just ask — send a note through the contact form or our business email and tell us which organization it should go to. Please keep purchasing documents and tax details out of public comments.

For PO orders, we send the invoice after you approve the proof, and your quote spells out the payment terms. A PO on its own doesn’t mean net-30, paying after delivery, or printing before payment is settled — our normal flow is simple: approve the proof, pay in full, then we print. If your organization needs different terms, tell us and we’ll confirm them in writing before anything moves ahead.

One approved master proof

Every fleet order runs from one approved master proof, so all your matching awnings print identically. It helps to name one person who can approve the artwork for your organization and gather everyone’s feedback before replying — notes from several departments can make it unclear which layout is final, so please tell us who the approval contact is.

Before you approve, check names, unit numbers, logo placement, orientation and quantity. The master proof locks in the shared design, but it doesn’t replace the separate sizes or hardware details in your quote, so flag any differences first and let us know which fabric is for which unit.

Reorders, timing and product scope

We keep your artwork on file, so reordering later is easy. Just reference the earlier order and let us know whether the approved graphics stay the same. For new units, please recheck measurements and hardware details — a new trailer in the same fleet doesn’t always have the same awning.

What you’re buying is printed replacement fabric for hardware you already own, which we review first — not a complete awning. Arms, rollers, motors, mounting hardware and installation are separate. The clock starts once your proof is approved and payment is in: production usually takes 10–14 business days, and delivery adds about 3–5 more. If your PO lists agreed dates, we’ll confirm how that timing works in your quote — we can’t promise a specific event date.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a published discount for three awnings?

There’s no set discount tier. Three or more matching awnings get a custom quote based on what your order actually involves.

Can a public agency order using a PO?

Yes — we accept purchase orders from municipal, county, state and federal agencies. We send the invoice after proof approval and confirm payment terms in your quote, so net-30 isn’t automatic.

Can you provide a W-9?

Yes, on request. Just contact us and tell us which purchasing organization needs it.

Can we reorder the same design later?

Yes. We keep fleet artwork on file for future reorders — reference the previous order and let us know about any new sizes, quantities or design changes.
