Lippert publishes Solera support instructions by series, including fabric replacement and measurement guidance. Send the series or model information, photos of both arms and the roller, and your arm-center measurement. Tell the team whether the installed setup has been modified.

Solera fabric questions
Is printed Solera replacement fabric a complete awning kit?
No. The order is printed fabric only. It does not include Solera arms, a roller, motor, mounting hardware or installation. If you do not yet have an awning, arrange a suitable system separately first.
Does a powered Solera awning automatically use the same fabric as a manual one?
Do not assume compatibility based on powered or manual operation alone. Provide the actual model and hardware details. The team needs to review the setup before confirming whether replacement fabric can be supplied.
What measurements do I need for my Solera awning?
Measure arm center to arm center and round up to the nearest foot. Printed fabric is about 9 inches narrower than the nominal size to allow for hardware. Include model information and photos; measuring alone does not establish fit.
