Customer-approved custom orders are not returnable; report damage or production concerns to the team with photos and order details.

Shipping is included in the order cost. Standard shipment is estimated at 10–14 business days after proof approval and full payment, with approximately 3–5 business days for delivery after shipping.
These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Rush orders are not currently available. Ask the team about your destination or event deadline before ordering.
Tracking is emailed when the order ships.
Review before approval
Check the size, artwork, colors, spelling and quantity on your order and proof. Nothing prints until you approve the proof and pay in full. CMYK printing does not guarantee an exact screen, Pantone or vehicle-wrap color match.
No returns on custom orders
No returns are accepted on customer-approved custom orders. Please confirm your measurements carefully; fabric printed to an incorrect customer-approved size cannot be resized.
Damage or a production concern
Approval does not mean damage or a production mistake is impossible. If your order arrives damaged or does not appear to match the approved order, contact the business with order details and clear photos of the issue and packaging.
The team will review the concern. Do not send fabric back without instructions. This page does not promise a refund or replacement.
Changes and cancellation
Contact us or reply to your proof email before approving the proof to request changes or cancellation. Once printing begins, changes are not possible. Questions about an existing order or payment must be reviewed by the team.
