Custom printed Lippert replacement awning fabric

Lippert presents Solera as an awning brand with multiple equipment families. Searching by the manufacturer name is useful, but it is only the start of identifying a replacement. Record the labels on the awning assembly and collect any model or serial information available, rather than choosing fabric from the RV manufacturer or model year alone.

Hardware conversions and earlier canopy replacements can change what is installed. Photograph the roller, arms, attachment points and deployed fabric, and mention any modifications. A technician or manufacturer support resource may be needed when labels are missing. Our custom printing service is not a substitute for identifying the equipment that must hold the new fabric.

Lippert’s Solera material includes compatibility listings for particular hardware products and model families. Those listings should not be generalized into a claim that all fabric fits all Lippert, Solera, Dometic or Carefree awnings. Universal hardware compatibility for one product is not proof that a separate replacement canopy has the right attachment specification.

Before approval, confirm the exact replacement requirements and tell the team about unusual projections or attachment arrangements. Do not force an uncertain canopy into a roller channel or modify equipment to make a guessed fit work. We do not advertise compatibility with every Lippert system or claim that a brand name eliminates the need for a fit review.

Measure straight from the center of one awning arm to the center of the other. For our nominal order sizing, round up to the next whole foot. A reading of 14 feet 6 inches selects 15 feet nominal; an exact 15-foot reading stays 15 feet. Preserve the original measurement in your notes rather than replacing it with only the rounded number.

The builder lists nominal sizes from 7 to 26 feet. Printed fabric is approximately 9 inches narrower to leave room for hardware, so the 15-foot example corresponds to about 14 feet 3 inches of printed width. This is our width convention, not a complete model-specific fabrication drawing. Confirm other requirements separately.

Send original artwork and describe the placement you want on the canopy or front-facing valance. Separate usable logo files from marked reference photos. If specific CMYK values or a particular font are required, identify them; do not assume a photograph of an old canopy provides a print-ready logo or an exact color standard.

A digital proof is free, and optional custom design help is $100 per order. Review the nominal size, wording, artwork orientation and quantity before approving. Printing is CMYK only, with no Pantone or exact factory-color matching promise. The proof authorizes the print layout but does not replace checking the attachment specification of your equipment.

A single custom-printed replacement awning is $1,295 in sizes 7–18 ft and $1,595 in sizes 19–26 ft, with shipping included in the order cost. We do not supply arms, rollers, motors, mounting hardware, complete systems or installation. Arrange model-specific fitting with a suitable service provider and have damaged hardware assessed first; new fabric cannot correct a mechanical fault.

Public deposits are currently paused. Request a proof without paying today, then pay in full after approval and before printing. Standard production is estimated at 10–14 business days after approval and full payment, with approximately 3–5 business days for delivery. Lippert and Solera names identify existing equipment here; no OEM product, affiliation or manufacturer endorsement is claimed.
