RV awning fabric replacement cost

A single custom-printed replacement awning is $1,295 in sizes 7–18 ft or $1,595 in sizes 19–26 ft. Optional custom design help adds $100 per order, and a scalloped valance edge adds $100. Digital proofing is free, and shipping is included in the order cost.

These are our custom-print prices, not a claimed average for every RV awning supplier. A plain replacement canopy, a custom print and a complete powered awning are different products.

The order supplies custom-printed replacement fabric and valance lettering for compatible existing hardware. It does not supply arms, a roller, a motor, mounting hardware or installation.

If a bent roller, damaged arm or failed motor caused the problem, replacement fabric alone will not solve it. Have the hardware assessed before spending money on a canopy.

Your installer’s quote can depend on the exact awning model, access to the assembly, the replacement procedure, local labor charges and the condition of existing hardware. Additional parts or repairs may be needed after inspection.

We do not publish a universal labor estimate or promise a fixed installation time. Get a written quote from the service provider that separates labor, parts and any other charges. Ask whether inspection and operation checks are included.

• Is the price for plain fabric, custom printing or a complete system?
• Has the supplier confirmed the model and fabric attachment specification?
• Are proofing, design work and shipping included or separate?
• Does the installer’s quote include removal, fitting and model-specific checks?
• How are damaged hardware or an incorrect fit handled?

Do not infer a discount for multiple awnings. For a fleet or unusual-size request, contact the team and review the actual quoted scope.

Upfront deposits are temporarily paused. Request your proof without paying today, then pay the full order amount after approval and before printing. Confirm the builder’s total before submitting your request.
