We sell custom-printed replacement fabric for existing RV and trailer awnings, not complete systems. Measure between arm centers, request your free digital proof, and pay after approval before printing; optional custom design help costs $100 per order.

What exactly am I buying?
Custom-printed replacement fabric for an existing RV or trailer awning. Arms, roller, motor and a complete awning system are not included. If you do not have an awning yet, arrange a compatible system separately before ordering replacement fabric.
How do I measure my awning?
Measure from the center of one awning arm to the center of the other, then round up to the nearest foot. Printed fabric is about 9 inches narrower than the nominal awning size to leave room for hardware. Send photos and hardware details if you need the team to review your measurements.
How much does it cost?
A single awning is $1,295 in sizes 7–18 ft and $1,595 in sizes 19–26 ft. The optional custom design service is $100 per order, and a scalloped valance edge adds $100. Shipping is included in the order cost. See the builder for your order total and contact us about fleet pricing.
Can I get a scalloped valance edge?
Yes. Choose Scalloped in Step 2 of the builder for $100. Our design team fits the scallop pattern to your awning and you'll see it on your free digital proof before anything prints.
Is a deposit required?
Deposits are temporarily paused. Request a free digital proof with no upfront payment. The full order price is due after proof approval and before printing.
Is design help free?
Digital proofing is free. Custom design help is a separate, optional $100 service. Upload print-ready artwork or select the design service and describe the layout you need.
Which artwork files work best?
Vector files such as SVG, PDF, AI and EPS are best for scalable logos. PNG and JPG are also accepted. Aim for 100–150 dpi at the full printed size, and avoid screenshots or compressed social-media images.
Can you match my brand colors exactly?
We print in CMYK only. Include specific CMYK values when a particular brand color is required. Exact Pantone, screen or vehicle-wrap color matching is not guaranteed. You review a digital proof before printing.
When will my awning ship?
The standard shipment estimate is 10–14 business days after proof approval and full payment, followed by approximately 3–5 business days for delivery. Tracking is emailed when the order ships. Rush orders are not currently available; delivery dates are not guaranteed.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us or reply to the proof email before approving your digital proof to request changes or cancellation. Once printing begins, changes are not possible. Review your size, artwork, spelling and quantity carefully before approval.
Can I return my custom awning?
No returns are accepted on customer-approved custom orders. If an order arrives damaged or you believe there is a production issue, contact the business with your order details and photos for review. Do not send anything back without instructions from the team.
What if I don’t have an awning on my food truck?
We sell replacement fabric, not a complete awning or installation service. An RV or trailer awning supplier or installer must help you select and install a suitable system. Confirm the hardware and measurements before ordering fabric from us.
