Frequently asked questions
Will it hold up at a 10-day elk camp?+
Yes. Marine canvas handles wind, rain, sun and dust. Hose it off when you get home.
Can you print my species artwork?+
Yes — upload your art (any common format). We'll lay out a proof you approve before printing.
Do you offer pricing for multiple camp trailers?+
Yes. Volume pricing on 3+ units, with on-file artwork for easy re-orders.
How fast can I get one before the season?+
Free proof in 1 business day, ships in 10–14 days. Order 3–4 weeks before season opener to be safe.
How fast can I get my custom awning?+
You'll get a free digital proof within 1 business day of placing your order. Once you approve the proof, your awning prints, cures and ships in 10–14 business days. Need it sooner for an event? Ask about our rush program at checkout — we can usually compress to 5–7 business days for an extra fee.
How do I know what size awning to order?+
Measure the length of your existing awning roller tube (end cap to end cap) — that's your awning size. Most RV awnings are 8–21 ft. If you're unsure, snap a photo of your roller and arms and text it to us at 1-800-555-0100; a fleet specialist will confirm the size and fabric width (typically 8 ft drop) before we proof anything.
Will it fit my existing awning hardware?+
Yes — our replacement fabric is cut to your exact spec and slides into standard RV awning channels (Dometic, Carefree, Solera, Lippert, A&E). The arms, roller and motor stay in place. No new hardware required.
Can I install it myself or do I need a shop?+
Most owners install it themselves in 30–45 minutes with one helper — we include step-by-step instructions and a short video. If you'd rather have it done, any RV service center can swap the fabric in under an hour. We'll send installer-friendly tags so the shop knows exactly which side is up.
What if I don't have artwork ready?+
No problem — upload a logo, sketch, or even a photo of an old awning and our in-house designers will clean it up and lay it out for you free of charge as part of your digital proof. We won't print anything until you sign off.
Do you offer fleet or bulk pricing?+
Yes. Orders of 3+ matching awnings get tiered fleet pricing and a single approved master proof so every rig in your fleet looks identical. Departments and PO orders welcome — call 1-800-555-0100.
